29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system, nor were an employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   Workers were exposed to fall hazards at a worksite at 6407 E 163rd Street, Belton, MO 64012. This was last demonstrated on or about August 9, 2022, when workers were engaged in farming activities.  a) Workers framing and applying decking to building #1 were exposed to fall hazards approximately 30 feet from the edge of a balcony to the ground below. No guard rails, safety net system(s), or personal fall arrest system(s) were utilized to prevent falls.  b) Workers installing heating, ventilation, and cooling in building #1/floor #4 were exposed to fall hazards approximately 9 feet from the rafters to the ground below. No guard rails, safety net system(s), or personal fall arrest system(s) were utilized to prevent falls.  c) Workers framing and applying decking to building #2 were exposed to fall hazards approximately 30 feet from the eve of the roof to the ground below. No guard rails, safety net system(s), or personal fall arrest system(s) were utilized to prevent falls.
