29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or about August 6, 2022 Skytor Building Group, Inc. as the controlling employer, did not maintain an effective program to include frequent and regular inspections made by a competent person of the job site, materials, and equipment. Employees of F & E Framing, Inc., a subcontractor, were exposed to fall hazards greater than 23 feet while conducting framing activities in a residential building without the benefit of fall protection systems. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
