API Technologies Corp. - 1900 W College Ave, State College, PA 16801: On or about September 14, 2022, employees were using chemicals including, but not limited to HI-THERM BC-346-A Clear Baking Varnish, Cab-O-Sil M-5, Dolph's RE-2005, Synthite AC-46, and 285 Flux Cored Solder.  The company's written hazard communication program lacked elements including, but not limited to, procedures to follow if it is suspected that the SDS is not appropriate (e.g., missing hazards) and procedure to follow to determine if the SDS is current.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
