29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure. a.) API Technologies Corp. - 1900 W College Ave, State College, PA 16801: On or about September 14, 2022, a flexible electrical extension cord was used as a substitute for fixed wiring, as it was wired to an electrical knock box located in the Potting Room in the Magnetics Department. No abatement documentation or certification is required.
