29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Plating department - employees working with corrosive chemicals did not have a path free from obstructions that would permit the access to the eyewash station within 10 seconds travel time, on or about April 5th, 2021. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
