29 CFR  1910.303(b)(7)(iv): Electrical equipment was not free of damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating:  a) API Technologies Corp. - 1900 W College Ave, State College, PA 16801: On or about November 22, 2022, the metal junction box and connecting conduit pipe was deteriorated by corrosion in the Plating Department next to the electrocoagulation water system.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
