29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1)(i):When no mechanical equipment was being used the warning line was not erected at least 6 feet (1.8m) from the roof edge: a) Technique Roofing Systems LLC. On or about September 19, 2022, at the address of 350 Stump Pike Rd. Attica OH 44807: The employer failed to ensure warning line system erected around the work area maintained the 6 feet distances between the roof edge and each stanchion and rope. Employees installing TPO membrane roofing system atop the low sloped commercial roof structure were exposed to a fall of 14 ft - 5 inches to the ground below.
