29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.: On or about February 6, 2023 the employer Technique Roofing Systems LLC, at jobsite located at 453 Maple St. Elmore OH 43416, did not ensure employees were protected from falls while performing roofing activities atop a low sloped commercial structure. Five employee installing new roofing plywood and roofing sealant materials to the structure were exposed to falls of 11 feet and 15 feet or greater to the ground below.
