29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.  The employer is failing to protect employee(s) from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on or about October 18, 2022 at 12612 S 74th St. Papillion Nebraska. The exposed employee(s) were working on the roof of the residential structure at heights over 6 feet and not utilizing any form of fall protection.  Francisco Esquivel was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1598343, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 19, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 4513 S 215 Ave, Elkhorn, NE 68022.  Francisco Esquivel was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1526766, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 7, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 10318 S. 188th St., Gretna, NE 68028.  Francisco Esquivel was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1512009, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 6, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 4311 George Miller Pkwy, Elkhorn, NE 68022. 29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  The employer is failing to protect employee(s) from eye hazards. This was most recently documented on or about October 18, 2022 at location 12612 S 74th St. Papillion Nebraska. The exposed employee(s) were working on the roof using pneumatic nail guns and not utilizing any form of fall protection.  Francisco Esquivel Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1598343, citation number 3, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 19, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 4513 S 215 Ave, Elkhorn Nebraska.
