29 CFR 1915.88(a)(1): The employer did not provide adequate and readily accessible sanitation facilities. a) Lyon Shipyard, Eastside Main Restroom (Men's): On or about 11/7/22, and times prior thereto, the employer allowed employee access to a series of urinals which were not clean or well-maintained to be considered adequate for the use of workers. The urinals were damaged in such a way as to frequently leak water and human waste onto employees and the floor of the restroom. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
