29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to follow in order to minimize them: a) 1900 Chapel Ave, Cherry Hill, NJ - The employer did not provide for the employees exposed to fall hazards on the worksite training to enable the workers to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to follow in order to minimize them thus exposing the employees to fall hazards. This condition was observed on or about December 13, 2022. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) 1900 Chapel Ave, Cherry Hill, NJ - The employer allowed employees to conduct residential building operations approximately 30 feet above the ground without having a fall protection system in place, thus exposing the employees to fall hazards. This condition was observed on or about December 12, 2022. The employer, Holanda Construction, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1575334, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on May 16, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 689 Stoneyford Road, Southampton, PA 18966. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
