Room 197: On and/or before February 01, 2023 The employer did not ensure employee(s) had safe access to working surfaces while changing out shower rod curtains. Employee(s) were standing on the tub rim/edge to gain the needed height to reach the shower curtain rod. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to slip and fall hazard(s).

29 CFR  1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  Gameroom/Temporary Check In Lab: On and/or before February 01, 2023 the employer did not ensure the portable space heater in use was plugged directly into a wall outlet. The heater was  plugged into a relocatable power tap and not used according to listing and labeling instructions. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to electrical shock and/or fire hazard(s).
