If shut off valves are installed in the supply line for maintenance purposes, provisions shall be made to prevent unauthorized shut off. Housekeeping Department: On or about December 30, 2025, and at times prior thereto, employee(s) used corrosive chemicals such as ECOLAB Lemon EZE. An emergency eyewash station, providing 15 minutes of flush time, was not provided. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to corneal or retinal burn hazard(s).
