29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) 32265 Conchshell Sail Ct., Wesley Chapel, Fl., observed on or about 02/14/2023, employees in the process of roof decking activities, on a 2 story, 5 in 12 slope (vertical to horizontal) roof, were exposed to fall hazards up to 19'8", in that, fall protection equipment was not installed or utilized.
