29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  On the roof at a residence, located at 6224 Broadfield, Apollo Beach, Florida 33572: On or about 4/30/24, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that eye protection was not utilized by employees using air powered nail guns while  performing framing work.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  On the roof at a residence, located at 6224 Broadfield, Apollo Beach, Florida 33572: On or about 4/30/24, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that ladders used to access the roof did not extend three feet above the landing area while  performing framing work.
