29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:  a) On the roof of a residence, located at 8199 Hardy Bay Loop, FL: On or about 04/26/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that, fall protection was not utilized by employees while installing sheathing on a new construction residential home that had a fall height of approximately 14 feet 6 inches to ground.  STC Florida Services LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1 650464, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/7/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 32265 Conchshell Sail Ct., Wesley Chapel, FL 33545.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who was exposed to fall hazards that enabled each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.    a) Located at 8199 Hardy Bay Loop, FL: On or about 04/26/2023, the employer did not provide a Fall protection training program for employees to recognize the hazards of falling.
