At 8372 Claw Glace Loop, Wesley Chapel, FL: On or about July 26, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet, in that, employees were installing roof sheathing on a new residential structure, without any means of fall protection. STC Florida Services LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1666007, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/26/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 8199 Hardy Bay Loop, Wesley Chapel, FL 33543. STC Florida LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1650464, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/07/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 32265 Conch shell Sail Ct, Wesley Chapel, FL 33545.
