29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:  (a) On or before May 24, 2023, the employer used a flexible extension cord to power the various office equipment located in the manager's office, including but not limited to, a computer, printer and space heater, as a substitute for permanent wiring in the facility.  The cord was laid across the floor in the manager's office.  The condition exposed employees to injuries associated with electrical shock, fire and tripping hazards.
