29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: Located at Oak Knoll outside of the restroom in the engine bay, a portable fire extinguisher was blocked by items including a mop bucket, broom, and chair. Access to the fire extinguisher was impeded, exposing employees to potential fire hazards in the event of an emergency.
