29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1):Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: 1.) Located in the generator shed at Petersburg, the main distribution panel was obstructed by a large 50-gallon metal drum. 2). Located in the water shed at Petersburg, the safety shutoff switch was blocked by bags of recycling including water bottles and aluminum cans. Employees are exposed to fire hazards.
