Located in the Callahan 3-bay, a white Amana Radarange microwave oven was plugged into a relocatable power tap with a maximum load rating of 15 amps, 120 volts. Employees were exposed to electric shock and fire hazards.  The USDA Forest Service was previously cited for violations of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which are contained in the following OSHA inspections:  1). Inspection number 1605773, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 09/26/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 7600 Wentworth Springs Road, Georgetown, CA 95634.  2). Inspection number 1628763, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/21/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 225 W. 8th Street, Alturas, CA 96101.
