29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  1). Located in the Grant Grove automotive shop, a breaker box was obstructed by buckets and other objects.  2). Located in the Grant Grove waste water treatment plant tool room, a large breaker box was obstructed by large objects including a hand truck and equipment.   Employees are exposed to electric hazards that can lead to shock or fire.   The U.S. Department of the Interior - National Park Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1634386, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/29/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 500 Aubell Lane, Crescent City, CA 95531.  The U.S. Department of the Interior - National Park Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1632185, citation number 2, item number 5, and was affirmed as a final order on 05/16/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 38050 Highway 36 East, Mineral, CA 96063.
