29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The hazard communication program did not include a list of hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet: Located at Clover Creek Water Treatment Plant, the hazard communication program did not include a list of chemicals known to be present. The hazardous material at the facility included, but was not limited to, soda ash, an alkali salt. Employees are exposed to a chemical hazard that can cause skin or eye irritation.
