29 CFR 1910.305(a)(1)(i): Metal raceways, cable armor, and other metal enclosures for conductors were not metallically joined together into a continuous electric conductor: (a) On or about July 20, 2023, liquid tight flexible metal conduit (FMC) used to provide conductors to foot pedal of the Atom Punch Press (Model No. S 3110/2 L CE, Serial No. 10036498), was not joined together into a continuous electrical conductor. The FMC was broken away from the foot pedal connection point, exposing the electrical wires providing the electrical power to the foot pedal.
