NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- 21 Magnolia Drive, Freehold NJ: While erecting porch roof trusses and performing similar activities, a worker and the company worksite Foreman were not protected from falling when walking and working from the top plates of a residential structure's outer and inner wall frames while not using fall protection. As such they were exposed to fall hazards up to and in excess of 8 feet 6 inches to the flooring below. Condition noted on or about 09/21/23. b- 21 Magnolia Drive, Freehold NJ: While erecting roof trusses and performing similar activities, workers were not protected from falling when walking and working from the top plates of a residential structure's outer and inner wall frames while not using fall protection. As such these workers were exposed to fall hazards up to and in excess of 8 feet 6 inches to the flooring below. Condition noted on or about 09/22/23. c- 21 Magnolia Drive, Freehold NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 8 feet 6 inches to the flooring below, while walking and working from the top plates of a residential structure's outer and inner wall frames while not using fall protection while re-enacting the worksite conditions and their work activities that contributed to a fall incident that occurred at the worksite on or about 09/22/23. Condition noted on or about 09/25/23. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.
