The company worksite Foreman did not receive ladder hazard recognition and minimization training from the employer at the time of and prior to the worksite inspection. Condition observed on or about 03/19/24. Road Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1060(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1686108, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/02/23, with respect to a workplace located at 116 Main Street - Bethesda United Methodist Church, Middletown DE. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.
