29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:  a) Worksite was located at Building 3; 22-36 Wembley Lane, Tinton Falls, NJ 07753  Workers were exposed to fall hazards in excess of three stories to ground while they were sheathing the roof of  new townhouses with no fall protection.  Violation was observed on or about April 23, 2024  Road Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1702348, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/16/2024, with respect to a workplace located at Lot # 929 Ericcson Lane at Brighton Townhomes, Middletown, DE.  Road Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1701302, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/10/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 108 Sophia Drive, Manalapan, NJ.  Road Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1699184, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/10/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 21 Magnolia Drive, Freehold, NJ.  Road Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1703189, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/1/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 10 E 20th Street, Long Beach Township, NJ.  Road Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1697614, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/31/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 29 & 31 Halsey Street, Lakewood, NJ.  Road Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1707205, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/27/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 99 Wall Street, Passaic, NJ.  Road Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1698680, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/27/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 619 N Maple Avenue, Ho Ho Kus, NJ.
