29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a-13 Vinegold Drive, Mullica Hill NJ: On or about 05/13/24 a worker was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 9 feet 1 inches and 10 feet 7 inches when walking and working from a residential structure's exterior wall top plates without the use of fall protection.  Road Contractor Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1707205, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/27/23, with respect to a workplace located at 99 Wall Street, Passaic, NJ 07055 .  Road Contractor Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1703189, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/1/24, with respect to a workplace located at 10 East 20th Street, Long Beach Township, NJ 08008.  Road Contractor Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1698680, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/27/23, with respect to a workplace located at 619 N Maple Ave., Ho Ho Kus, NJ 07423.  Road Contractor Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1697614, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/31/24, with respect to a workplace located at 29 & 31 Halsey Street, Lakewood, NJ 08701.
