29 CFR  1926.1051(a): Stairways or ladders were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, and no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided:   a- 21 Charlotte Street, Marlton NJ: Workers, walking and working from a residential structure's second floor were exposed to fall hazards up to and in excess of 10 feet 5 inches to the flooring below when accessing to and egressing from this residential structure's second floor from the top plate of the structure's exterior wall frame.   The break in elevation from this top plates to/from the structure's second floor was greater than 19 inches. Condition noted on or about 12/14/23.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. Condition observed on or about 12/14/23.  e - Front of Residential Structure Above Garage Flooring - 21 Charlotte Street, Marlton NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 15 feet 2 inches to the residential structure's concrete flooring, when walking and working next to and near the unprotected edges of a residential structure's second floor containing unprotected edges at its perimeter.  Condition observed on or about 12/14/23.  f- Front of Residential Structure Unprotected Wall Opening - 21 Charlotte Street, Marlton NJ:  A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 6 feet 5 inches to the ground surface below, when working at, in and near an unprotected wall opening while not using fall protection.   Road Contractor Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1698680, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/27/23, with respect to a workplace located at 619 N Maple Ave., Ho Ho Kus, NJ 07423.
