29 CFR  1910.1200(f)(10): The employer did not ensure that workplace labels or other forms of warnings were prominently displayed on the container or readily available in the work area throughout each work shift:  Kitchen: On and/or before December 15, 2023, employees dispensed and used Ecolab Kool Klene chemical in a Monogram Clean Force EZ heavy duty glove free degreaser container. Label contained permanent marker written over original label and was missing required warning properties such as flammability for Kool Klene. The employer did not ensure proper containers with correct warning labels were used which potentially exposed the employees to fire hazards.
