29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). a) Jobsite, 2000 Cambridge Avenue Wyomissing, PA - On or about January 12, 2024, an employee was hanging and taping exterior sheeting while performing rough carpentry tasks and was not utilizing acceptable means or methods of fall protection, exposing the employee to a fall hazard greater than 20 feet to grade. Road Contractor Corp was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1698680, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 27, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 619 N Maple Ave, Ho Ho Kus, New Jersey 07423. Road Contractor Corp was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1707205, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 27, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 99 Wall Street, Passaic, New Jersey 07055. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
