29 CFR  1910.1030(c)(2)(i): Each employer who has an employee(s) with occupational exposure as defined by paragraph (b) of this section shall prepare an exposure determination. This exposure determination shall contain the following:  (A)  A list of all job classifications in which all employees in those job classifications have occupational exposure; (B)  A list of job classifications in which some employees have occupational exposure, and (C)  A list of all tasks and procedures or groups of closely related task and procedures in which occupational exposure occurs and that are performed by employees in job classifications listed in accordance with the provisions of paragraph (c)(2)(i)(B) of this standard. 29 CFR  1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:  Casino Maintenance Conex Shop: On and/or before July 1. 2023, the employer did not ensure that an orange flexible cord was not used in lieu of permanent power. The employer had a mini-fridge connected via extension cord to a relocatable power tap. This condition potentially exposed employees to electrical shock and/or fire hazards.   The Red Earth Casino was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1537750,  citation number 1, item number 3/a, and was affirmed as a final order on July 26, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 3089 Norm Niver Road, Thermal, CA 92274 .
