The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head. a) New residential construction located at 116 Water Oak Way, Dawsonville, GA 30534, Roof: On or about 07/17/2024, workers were observed exposed to approximately 21-foot fall hazards from the 4/12 pitched roof in that the employer allowed employees to use rock climber type waist harnesses in place of full body harness.

29 CFR 1926.552(a)(4): Hoisting ropes were not installed in accordance with the wire rope manufacturers' recommendations. a) New residential construction located at 116 Water Oak Way, Dawsonville, GA 30534: On or about 07/17/2024, the employer exposed employees to potential struck-by hazards, in that the employer did not follow the manufacturer's specifications of the Transporter Platform Hoist as the wire cable it was manufactured with was replaced using a rope.
