1926.502(d)(1)  Personal fall arrest system connectors were not drop forged, pressed or formed steel, or made of equivalent materials: 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:    a) New residential construction located at Barge Lane #323, Covington, GA 30016, Roof: On or about 10/18/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 16-feet, 5-inches to the lower ground level, in that proper life-line with snap hook was not connected to the d-ring of the full body harnesses provided while the employees were engaged in roofing activities.
