29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems.    a) On or about October 2, 2024, at the jobsite: employees were exposed to a 9-foot 3-inch fall hazard while installing the rubber TPO roofing material and metal drip cap on a 4:12 pitched roof, in that, fall protection was not used.  G & G Roofing, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1643504, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 10, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 3231 and 3241 Conservation Place, Melbourne, FL 32934  G & G Roofing, was previously cited for  violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1638323, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 10, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 3231 Conservation Place, Melbourne, FL.  G & G Roofing Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1581699, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/22/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 4465 Preserve Drive, Melbourne, FL.
