29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about 07/10/2025, on the east exterior elevation of a structure located at 3775 NW Federal Highway, Jensen Beach, Florida, employees performing metal siding work from the basket of an aerial lift were exposed to ejection and fall hazards of approximately 20 feet while not being protected from falling to the lower level.
