29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee use appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors or potentially injurious light radiation: a- 26 Ashcraft Lane, Mullica Hill NJ: Two workers were exposed to struck by hazards when using electric, portable circular saws without eye or face protection while cutting plywood, OSB, wooden framing components, and other related materials used in the framing and sheathing activities at the worksite. Condition observed on or about 10/17/24.

29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: a- 26 Ashcraft Lane, Mullica Hill NJ: On or about 10/17/24 a portable electric circular saw, in use by the workers, was observed being powered with a flexible cord that was missing sections of its outer protective covering exposing copper wire in several of these areas.
