29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- 14 Handbell Lane, Sicklerville NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 22 feet 8 inches to the ground surface below, when installing a fasica board, and conducting other related activities, from a residential structure's second floor exterior wall's top plates while wearing a full body harness whose attached lanyard was not connected to an anchor. Condition observed on or about 04/03/25. Diamond Contractors Group Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1748570, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/02/24, with respect to a workplace located at 59 Church Street, Montclaire NJ.
