Diamond Contractors Group Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1748570, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/02/24, with respect to a workplace located at 59 Church Street, Montclaire NJ  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

Condition observed on or about 03/18/25.  c- 10 Handbell Lane, Sicklerville NJ:  A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 9 feet 5 inches to the concrete basement floor, when walking and working at and near the unprotected edges of a floor opening while not using fall protection. Condition observed on or about or about 03/18/25.  Diamond Contractors Group Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1748570, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/02/24, with respect to a workplace located at 59 Church Street, Montclaire NJ.
