29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible. Building 2095: On or about October 22, 2024, and times prior thereto, employees wore a Moldex 2200 N95 particulate respirators, during the storing, recycling, and picking up of batteries and various materials throughout the MCAGCC base. A copy of the Appendix D was not provided which potentially exposed employees to dermatitis and inhalation hazards.
