Pin-Setter Room: On and/or before July 24th, 2023,  multiple fire suppression sprinkler head(s) were missing cages and/or guards in low lying ceiling areas. Potential damage to sprinkle heads could prevent activation in the event of a fire.  This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to fire and/or laceration hazards.

29 CFR  1910.37(a)(4): Safeguard(s) designed to protect employees during an emergency (e.g., sprinkler systems, alarm systems, fire doors, exit lighting), were not in proper working order at all times.  Bowling Floor: On and/or before July 24th, 2023, multiple ceiling tiles throughout the bowling floor had holes and/or were improperly installed. This condition would delay the activation of the sprinkler system(s) preventing a proper fire/smoke barrier and restricting the movement of smoke in accordance with NFPA 101 8.5.1. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to fire and smoke inhalation hazard(s).
