29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors enter were not effectively closed. a) Stone Fabrication Area: On or about December 3, 2024, employees were exposed to electrical hazards due to a Harrington Hoist & Crane Serial #028105 with a hard surface cord that was not protected from abrasion in its connector and exposing the conductors to abrasion.
