29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At or near 931 Rt 10, Randolph NJ - Frame: Employee without proper fall protection was exposed to approximately 10 feet fall hazards while engaged in framing activities from a lower roof, on or about 12/18/24 b) At or near 931 Rt 10, Randolph NJ - Frame: Employee without proper fall protection was exposed to approximately 20 feet fall hazards while engaged in framing activities from a higher roof, on or about 12/18/24 c) At or near 931 Rt 10, Randolph NJ - Frame: Employee without proper fall protection was exposed to approximately 30 feet fall hazards while engaged in framing activities from a the top of the truss, on or about 12/18/24 Diamond Contractors Group Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1748570, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/2/24, with respect to a workplace located at 59 Church St., Montclair NJ.
