29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system. On or about January 14, 2024, at the jobsite, employees installing new underlayment to the roof of the house, were not wearing fall protection, exposing the employees to an unprotected fall hazard at a height of over 6 feet to the ground below. Jesus Vega Acosta was previously cited for repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1748738, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on June 20, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 453 Lost Creek Trail, Waxahachie, TX 75165.
