Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) On or about February 3, 2025 at Lot #103 Crown Forrest lane, Felton, DE 19943 - Employee was observed perched on a Outerwall of a residential structure working without fall protection. b) On or about February 3, 2025 at Lot #103 Crown Forrest Lane, Felton, De 19943 - Employee was observed working and standing on an Outerwall of a residential structure without fall protection at elevation of over 10 feet. The Diamond Contractors Group Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1748570 , citation number 01002, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/2/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 59 Church St, Montclair, NJ .
