29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a - Front, Lower Pitched Roof, 85 Mustang Drive, Manalapan NJ:  Workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 12 feet 3 inches, when walking and working  from a residential structure's lower pitched roof while not using fall protection. Condition noted  on or about 02/05/25.  b - Front, Lower Pitched Roof, 83 Mustang Drive, Manalapan NJ:  Workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 12 feet 3 inches, when walking and working  from a residential structure's lower pitched roof while not using fall protection. Condition noted  on or about 02/05/25.  Diamond Contractors Group Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1748570, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 2, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 59 Church Street in Montclair NJ.
