29 CFR 1926.502(i)(2):All other covers were not capable of supporting, without failure, at least twice the weight of employees, equipment, and materials that were imposed on the cover at any one time: a) Worksite was located at 225 Ramble Way, Manalapan, NJ 07726 A worker was exposed to fall hazards of approximately nine feet to ground while they were performing carpentry and framing work on a new multi-family townhouse development. The worker stepped on a plywood stairway cover that was unable to hold the worker's weight causing the worker to fall to a concrete floor below. Violation occurred on or about March 7, 2025.

The worker stepped on an unsecured sheet of plywood being used as a stairway cover that failed causing the worker to fall to a concrete floor below. Violation occurred on or about March 7, 2025.
