29 CFR  1910.28(b)(11)(ii):29 CFR 1910.28(b)(11)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each flight of stairs having at least 3 treads and at least 4 risers is equipped with stair rail systems and handrails as described in 29 CFR 1910.28 Table D-2-Stairway Handrail Requirements.  a.)  Corry Fabrication, LLC. 21 Maple Avenue, Corry, PA , PEMS Area - On or about 11/17/25, and at times prior thereto, a stairway did not have a stair rail and hand rail system on one side of the stairs.  The stairs led to an upstairs hallway.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR  1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard:  a.)  Corry Fabrication, LLC, 21 Maple Avenue, Corry, PA - On or about 11/17/25, and at times prior thereto, storage methods used for fixed and mobile racking systems for panels of sheet metal posed potential struck-by hazards to employees.  Sheets of metal were stored in an upright/vertical position while employees accessed the areas to maneuver the panels.  The ratchet straps were removed from the panels when they were positioned by the area for machining.     ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Corry Fabrication, LLC, PEMS department - On or about 11/17/25, and at times prior thereto, there was a floor hole of 2 1/2" from where an old guardrail had been removed.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).
