29 CFR 1910.179(m)(1): A thorough inspection of crane running ropes was not performed at least once a month, and did not include a certification record which included the date of the inspection, signature of the person who conducted the inspection, and an identifier for the ropes which were inspected: 196 Industrial Road, Leominster, MA: On or about March 6, 2026, and times prior, a certification record of monthly inspections on the overhead crane running ropes in the tool department had not been completed to include the date of inspection, signature of person who performed inspection, and the identifier, of ropes inspected.
