The injured employee was on a ladder troubleshooting lights in the coal hole and handled a live wire, causing full body electrocution. A fellow employee broke the electrical contact/circuit by knocking him off the ladder. The injured employee fell 3 feet and suffered skull and rib fractures and a laceration. The employee's hands were burned from electrical shock.
